Broker's Comments

This is an original Prout 46 built at Canvey Island and commissioned in 1999.

The vendor acquired this yacht in 2005 and set off across the Atlantic. After cruising the Caribbean he returned to Portugal via the Azores and then on to Gibraltar.

The yacht was last ashore in April 2014 when she was anti-fouled and had her anodes changed. The vendor has spent the last three months preparing the yacht for sale by addressing all the known defects. The yacht is now ready to go to market.

This yacht would be ideal for a family wanting to cruise the ocean wave in comfort and safety.
