Broker's Comments
The ever popular Westerly Berwick very well-appointed and sturdy cruiser. Great size boat with so much accommodation in 31ft. This particular yacht I am told by the current owner has had a complete below decks refit in 2016 including many new fittings and fixtures. Such as the hanging lockers have been lined with carpet as have all on the upper lockers, her headlinings look good too! She has had her bottom professionally epoxy treated in 2018 all of this in the previous ownership before the current owner. Standing rigging new 2018.
