Broker's Comments

This Moody Mark II is a very well presented and maintained example of this ever popular design. This one ticks all the boxes, in the summer of 2020 she was polished, antifouled and anodes replaced.
The Moody is a rewarding and easy boat to sail with a furling headsail. Under motor she handles well getting in and out of those tricky marina berths. The main advantage of this yacht is she is the bilge keel version making her perfect for drying harbours, sandy beaches, creek crawling and those less expensive drying moorings.
She has an all over cockpit tent which increases the usable space for those inclement weather days. Down below the forward cabin has 2 separate berths which can be converted to a double with an infill cushion. The main saloon has ample seating around the cabin table. The galley is on the port side with the chart table opposite. The heads is a decent size and there is an aft cabin with a double berth located starboard.
This is a boat with a host of extras and she is ready to be sailed away today. A survey was conducted in June 2020 and is available to view. She represents good value for money.
