Broker's Comments

Here is a great design from Spain – an all round sports fisher or a weekend cruiser, this Faeton 730 Top Moraga is well laid out, easy to look after, and above all seaworthy!

The engine is a very reliable Volvo 150 hp diesel, so she’ll trot along at 16 knots all day or give you upwards of 22 knots if you want it. Nice and stable, a sturdy little ship, with a snug open-backed wheelhouse for those days when its better to be indoors outdoors. If the rain blows in then you just zip up the canvass cover and crack on.

You can see from the pictures that this one has a spacious cockpit, ideal for fishing or big enough for those gin and tonic moments! The side decks are nice and wide, so you can walk round safely, and her “Quick” electric windlass makes anchoring a breeze!

I love the simple, strong, no-nonsense feel to this boat, everything is well fitted, well designed, and the build quality is very good indeed. Come along and see her – viewing is easy, she is in the water on a marina - just give me a ring here at Boatshed Port Solent.
