This job isn’t a job – it’s a way of life for me. I’ve been barmy about all things marine since I was a boy. Summers spent messing about in and around Poole Harbour in my Dad’s old plywood Dolphin 20, Old Harry, Shell Bay, Brownsea, Wareham…
I spent some years in HM Forces, where among other things I learnt to sail bigger yachts out of Portsmouth Harbour, competing in many offshore races and trying to visit as many cafes are bars as possible!
More recently I sail my 30 year old Westerly Pageant in and around The Solent and Portsmouth Harbour, teaching (or rather trying to teach) my young family the mysteries and joys of sailing.
I really shouldn’t be a yacht broker, I fall in love with all the boats I photgraph and if I had the money I’d end up buying all them myself!
