Hey, and if you want to move location just start the engines, release the warps and off you go with two Detroit diesels to propel you to another destination with 1,000 miles range.
Live on board accessories include a washing machine and dryer, the plasma TV screen is not included but just about everything else is. The current owners have owned her three years having exchanged for a previous sports boat, I am sure whatever they buy next is going to feel cramped.
