Broker's Comments
Originally a 60ft Steel Humber barge, however, it was converted into a houseboat many years ago. The previous owner has gutted her and started again and completely refitted her inside transforming her into a two bedroom floating apartment with a modern and spacious feel. The present owner has added a new boiler, new skylights and new flooring.
Plenty of windows and overhead skylights mean that she seems really light, bright and airy down below. There is seemingly almost limitless headroom and her living area is vast, well thought out and contains all of what we think you'd need on board for a very comfortable houseboat or holiday home.
Take a look at the pictures, videos and virtual reality tours to get a feeling what it's like to be on board!
The residential mooring on the Itchen River is fully transferable and current mooring fees are £7,620 per annum (£635 per month).
