Built in 2008 by Liverpool Boats, this cruiser stern narrowboat is currently moored at Apsley Marina in Hemel Hempstead and would make an ideal pied-a-terre for someone that needs easy access to London.
The boat is laid out with six berths with a double in the main cabin, the dining table that is a double convertible berth and a sofa bed in the living area.
Current mooring fees are roughly £3,700 and the mooring is fully transferable with the boat.
