Broker's Comments
Sebec Industries built steel boats in Southampton during the 1980's. The majority of their designs were smaller but we believe 3 of these Sebec 56 footers were made.
When looking at living aboard a boat there is often a compromise between having comfortable living space and retaining the ability to go to sea. This boat has both in abundance!
She's laid out currently to suit her owners who live aboard full time. The master aft cabin is huge, as well as a large island bed there is a vanity area, lots of storage and ensuite electric heads. The saloon is at deck level, the galley all new with lots of workspace and going forward the cabins are currently singles but would easily be converted to doubles or twins.
The engine room is vast for a boat of this size and houses a pair of well cared for Ford Mermaids which drive her along nicely. A bow thruster is a new addition to help with manoeuvrability in a tight marina and there is a new electric windlass waiting to be fitted.
Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate just what you have here, all ready to move aboard.
