They go the extra mile...... Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Tim telephones when he says he will, he meets you on time when he says so. he does more than he says too! My own health was poor and more and more he would attend to things I would not have normally expected. He helped me prepare the boat to its best presentation. I also loved the video he prepared. An honest, positive account of the boats features. No over selling! Just warm, honest, good customer orientated skills. I hope to return to the boating world and will, without doubt contact Tim. Fantastic service.
