The engines need some attention, the main items are:
The exhaust manifolds, risers and riser extensions may need replacing.
The Port and Starboard steering seals in the transoms are weeping and there is water present – this may mean that the engines have to be lifted to effect a repair.
There is a possibility that both transom assemblies may need replacing.
Both prop shaft seals may need replacing.
There are other more minor items that may require attention – if you ring me I will go into more detail, with the proviso that I am a laymen when it comes to engines, so specialist advice should be sought before you make a decision.

The camper cover is fairly new, with extra "privacy" covers for the windscreen and windows. It can obviously be taken down in stages to provide whatever shade or shelter you need at the time.
Note that the photos of the boat at sea were taken before the new cover was made, they are blue now, not white.

Broker's Comments
As always, I am amazed by the sheer value for money you get with a Bayliner. This is a big boat, plenty of space down below and a really well laid out cockpit. The berths are all a good size and the galley has all the features you could want and more.
I’m not sure how they do it, but the chaps at Bayliner always manage to make their boats feel light and airy, and like all good design, the whole thing seems effortless. How they do it for the money I’ll never know.
There are some great features on this particular Bayliner 3055; a clever cabin heating system that does the hot water as well (don’t ask me, I've no idea how it works); she comes fitted with a Furuno Radar and a Northstar M84 chart plotter; the canopy has privacy curtains and the cockpit has blue footlights.
Once the engines have been attended to, you will have a real bargain!
You’d better ring or email me here at Boatshed Port Solent, and we’ll get the ball rolling.
