Broker's Comments
I don’t know what it is about the Beneteau stable, but all of the ones I have listed have been well presented, properly prepared for sale, no junk, no clutter, clean and tidy. Maybe it says something about the owners; maybe it says something about the brand. I wish I knew, but I wish all of the boats I take to market were as clean and tidy as this. I was impressed, as always, by the nice wide side decks, the straightforward layout of the hardware and running rigging and the well thought out practicality of the whole package. For instance; the throttle control lever, to starboard of the wheel on the binnacle is easy to reach and you don’t have to shove your hand through the spokes to get at it. A small thing maybe, but not if you are manoeuvring on to a tight berth with the tide behind you. She is spacious down below, and I was truly astonished by the size of the after cabin, worthy of a much larger boat. The galley is nicely laid out with plenty of stowage, and the saloon is all that it should be, comfortable, snug, but not at all cramped.
