Comentario del broker
There aren’t many boats that I list where I can truly say, hand on heart, that if I had the money I’d buy her. This yacht is an absolute beauty, the very best Colvic Victor 40 I have ever seen (and I’ve seen a few).
She has been meticulously completed by her present (and only) owner, and finished to a superb standard. She was moulded in 1991, and her engine and systems were fitted in 1994 and commissioned during the following two years. She has hardly been used, and her sails, deck fittings, rig, hardware, engine and systems look as if they have just come out of the box!
Her owner is an electrical engineer by training, and the wiring and switch panels are a wonder to behold.
Her interior woodwork is a delight, her cabin sole shines, her galley is fit for Jamie or Delia, and wonder of wonders, there is no clutter or grime to seen anywhere, just huge amounts of space and a couple of cracking sea-berths.
You have GOT to come and see this boat! How many of us dream of selling up and sailing the world? Well, for under £70k you can get an “as new” 40 footer, ready to go and do just that. Don’t want to sail the world but the family wants a sturdy, comfortable easy-to-manage all rounder. Then look no further folks. Oh yes – gentlemen are advised NOT to bring their wives or girlfriends when viewing this yacht – they’ll fall in love with her and you’ll be on your way south before you can say “La Rochelle.”
