Broker's Comments
Built to take advantage IOR Rule, Quarter Tonners have an active class association and a lively racing scene. This one was designed by David Thomas and is as sleek as they come! Having said that, this boat is laid out and used for cruising, she is in commission and ready to sail. The owner has spent time and money getting her nice and comfortable for family cruising. She is well laid out and surprisingly spacious, the quarter berth is big and the heads are in a separate compartment. How many quarter tonners do you know of with cabin heating??!! I like the nav station, tucked away amidships on the port side. On deck there is a decent sprayhood and the furling drum is below the foredeck in the anchor locker – A great idea to keep the boat free of clutter. Well worth a look, she is miles above the average standard for this class and price of boat. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
