Broker's Comments
Now then folks, here is a yacht that has that “big boat” feel, and at just over 45 feet she ain’t small, but at this cracking price you can catapult yourself into Monaco or Puerto Banus mode for a comparatively modest outlay. The saloon and afterdeck areas are ideal for the long drink at dusk, the accommodation is airy and spacious, the specification is all you could want from a top-brand fly-bridge cruiser, the (new) covers even allow for the worst the English weather can sling at you. I love a fly bridge, the great feeling of control you get from way up there!
I like to imagine the lifestyle rather than dwell on the technical, after all that’s why most of us do this – leisure boating is fun, it makes us feel good, it takes us apart from the crowd, it gives us time to “stand and stare.” Do the passage plan, sail into the dawn and drop the hook in time to catch the sunset as you swing gently to the tide, watching all the life and vibrancy of an anchorage at dusk – but do so in comfort, secure in the knowledge that the ship will shelter you, give you a comfortable place to sleep and a decent breakfast independent, free of ties, alive!
Having said that – back to the technical,! This beautiful motor cruiser has less than 1500 hours on the engines, a full suite of electronic navigation aids, a generator, air-con and cabin heating. So we’ve covered all the bases!
