Broker's Comments

Sealines just seem to get more and more popular. It’s easy to see why – they perform spiritedly, they work as well in harbour as they do at sea, and they’re excellent value for money. This one, now for sale with Boatshed Port Solent, is a fine example of a 2007 37’ fly-bridge cruiser, with under 100 hrs on each of her twin Volvo D4 diesels. She’s roomy and welcoming inside, and levels of comfort and accommodation are high. Note, for example the solid worktops in the galley, and the separate shower stall. Storage is particularly good, with lockers in places that I wouldn’t have expected! The fly-bridge makes for a commanding overview when docking and, with the swivelling helmsman’s seat slid to one side, provides a pleasant place for sundowners at anchor. Unusually, rather than the standard flat fly-bridge cover, this particular vessel has a custom-built framed and windowed awning that allows its use as additional living space when the weather is less than perfect. It adds to the already-spacious feel of the boat when up, but can be easily folded back out of the way when the sun shines again. This is a splendid example of a cleverly designed and highly popular model.
