Broker's Comments
This Vancouver 28 comes to the market in what appears to be good condition. These boats are beautifully finished inside and made for sailing outside. The Vancouver has an excellent reputation for seaworthiness with comfort. There is a wealth of detail in this listing from an owner who knows his boat inside and out. She is the 3 berth version a good sized quarter berth on the starboard aft side, and two full length saloon berths, plus 2 cot berths as well.
I particularly liked the owners adaptation/additional splashboard with opening window see photo no. 48
Message from the owner:
As far as I am aware the only things not working correctly are the 240v inverter, which I think needs a new fuse and the deck light which is probably in need of a new bulb. The "Pilot" 2 channel gas alarm may need new sensors. The Honda outboard has not been used in a while and may need some new fuel and a carb clean. However, as I'm away for a week or so these items may well get fixed.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
