Broker's Comments
Tough little customer this one! She is built to the usual Westerly standard, a real pocket cruiser. You have to pinch yourself to be reminded that she is only 22 feet long (well 21’6” really). She has standing room in the cabin, and 4 decent berths, even a separate heads compartment.
The first Warwick’s ceased production in 1976, and as this is a 1979 boat, she is actually a Westerly 21, but the last few 21’s made were apparently called Warwick. The 21 is easily confused with the Warwick, but the layout down below and the rounded Pageant-like windows give it away.
Easy to sail on your own, she is ideal for pottering about the Solent, or weekending further afield.
This boat is nice and tidy, and last year she underwent complete osmosis treatment. She had new standing rigging in 2004.
So, not a great deal of money and you can be out on the water!
